TITLE: MULCHING SERVICES, DUNDURN, SK.,
A Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply all materials,
tools, equipment, labour and supervision necessary to provide
mulching and shredding services on an "as required basis" for
the Department of National Defence, Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn,
Saskatchewan in accordance with the specifications detailed
herein. The Standing Offer will be in effect for a period of
one year from Issuance of the Standing Offer, plus two-one year
option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
This standing offer cannot be used for requirements for goods
delivered to locations which fall under the Procurement Strategy
for Aboriginal Business, the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal
Business, and Comprehensive Land Claim Aggreements.
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
Estimated Budget: $945,000.00 GST included.
