For the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment to provide mulching and shredding services on an "as and when required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) at Detachment (DET) Dundurn, Dundurn, Saskatchewan including the training area and the Canadian Forces Ammunitions Depot (CFAD) area in Dundurn, Saskatchewan.
