Nature of Requirements:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply of Moving Services
for Veterans Affairs Canada (Charlottetown, Prince Edward
Island), on an "as and when requested" basis for the period from
July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 inclusive, with a provision to
extend the period for up to two additional one year periods.

The offeror MUST be registered under the International
Registration Plan (IRP) for P.E.I. and a copy of your current
registration MUST be included with your bid in order for your
quote to be considered responsive.

The offeror must provide proof of insurance as per SACC clause
G2001C of the solicitation document.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
