Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Safety and Environmental Training Services –(MARLANT) Standing Offer Agreement, HX110002 at CFB Halifax, NS.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $600,000. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $6,000 and $50,000; the maximum value of a call-up is $75,000.
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (3) additional, one (1) year periods, and increased in the order of $250,000.00 for each additional period.
The total potential value of this SOA is $1,350,000 with a total potential term of 5 years.
