DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires as and when required professional services for the completion of User Experience (UX).
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The evaluation of proposals will be performed in seven (7) steps as follows:
Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria
Step 2 – Evaluation against Point-Rated Criteria
Step 3 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals
Step 4 – Basis of Selection
Step 5 – Basis of Selection – Other Requirements
Step 6 – Conditions Precedent to Contract Award
Step 7 - Contract Entry

Bids must be received on or before November 22, 2017 at 2:00pm EST.
The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
