The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of services in the Borden and Simcoe County Area, ON, Canada, for accommodations and hotel amenities. Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden will conduct a Canadian Armed Forces Day (CAFD) on 2-3 June 2018.
It is the intention of the crown to award one (1) contract.
The period of the Contract is from May 31, 2018 to June 4, 2018 inclusive.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
