Description of the Requirement:
The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a Standing offer (SO) with a qualified Offeror capable of providing Foreign Media Liaison Services as described in the Statement of Work – Appendix “A” attached herein, to meet the needs of the Office of Official Visits – XDV of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD).
Any (SO) established as a result of this RFSO will be in effect for a twelve (12) month period from date of award. There is also the potential of two (2) additional one year option periods under the same terms and conditions.
For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in 5.2.3.3 Former Public Servant.
