The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a contract for a period of three (3) years from date of award for the services of an experienced and qualified contractor for Bottle Water Delivery and Equipment Rental Services throughout the Residential and Agricultural Portfolio in the National Capital Region (Quebec and Ontario lands). The work included in this specification involves the supplying of bottled water and water dispensing unit’s rentals. Services are to include all labour, equipment, materials tools, and delivery charges necessary to perform the work in the National Capital Region for approximately 90 Ontario properties and 7 Quebec properties.
To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on July 4th, 2017 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NR96.

Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.
Note that amounts quoted in this Tender are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
