Janitorial, Light Security, Maintenance and Animal Care Services

Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to provide all labour, material and equipment for janitorial, light security, maintenance and animal care services at the Parks Canada Agency’s Fort St. James National Historic Site (FSJNHS) in British Columbia.
The period of the contract is from August 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 with two additional option years.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

An optional site visit will take place on July 7, 2015 at 12:00pm. Bidders are to meet at the FSJNHS main building entrance. FSJNHS is located in the village of Fort St. James, 164 km northwest of Prince George. Bidders that do not attend are not precluded from submitting a bid.
Closing date for tender submissions is July 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm MST.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
