Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence Canada has a requirement for kitchen vent cleaning services for the 22 Wing Canadian Forces Base in North Bay Ontario on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. The proposed contract is two years from the contract award date with 1 option year.
The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
