REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all
labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation
required for JANITORIAL & LANDSCAPING SERVICES as scheduled or
on an "as and when requested" basis for the STEWART Border
Crossing in Stewart, BC.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 01 FEB 2015 to 31 JAN 2018 with the option
to renew for 2 x 1 year periods
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: It is RECOMENDED that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Due to
remoteness of site, arrangements will have to be made to tour
the site. Contact PWGSC 1-867-668-2373 to set up a time for
site visit.
ALL VISITS MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST ONE MONTH PRIOR TO BID
CLOSING.
REQUESTS AFTER THAT DATE MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTENT OF THE SOLICITATION MUST BE
DIRECTED IN WRITING TO THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY HEREIN.

BEFORE AWARD OF A CONTRACT, the following conditions must be met:
(a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance
as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to
classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work
site(s) must meet the security requirement as indicated in Part
6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will
require access to classified or protected information, assets or
sensitive work sites.
2. BIDDERS ARE REMINDED TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED SECURITY
CLEARANCE PROMPTLY. Any delay in the award of a contract to
allow the successful bidder to obtain the required clearance
will be at the entire discretion of the Contracting Authority.
