Services de nettoyage et d'entretien pour la gare ferroviaire patrimoniale de Jasper, parc national Jasper

Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to provide all labour, material and equipment for janitorial and cleaning services in Jasper National Park, Alberta (JNP) for the Jasper Heritage Train Station (JHTS); the JHTS Administration Offices; Common Areas of 901 and 911 Turret Street (staff housing apartments) and the JNP Information Centre.

The period of the contract is from May 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 with two additional option years.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

An optional site visit will take place on March 18, 2015 at 11:00 am. Bidders are to meet at the JHTS located at 607 Connaught Drive, Jasper, Alberta. Bidders that do not attend are not precluded from submitting a bid.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
