The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s):from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024 inclusive,August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 inclusive,August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 inclusive, under the same conditions.SECURITY REQUIREMENTThere is a security requirement associated with this bid solicitation.New personnel security clearance requests will require mandatory fingerprints to initiate the criminal record check. The validity of an existing personnel security clearance issued by the Government of Canada is not affected by the change in the criminal record check process.
