Full description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide cleaning services for two office locations in the greater Fredericton, New Brunswick area, on an as-and-when required basis. Cleaning will be performed based on the schedule provided in the Statement of Work. If, during the performance of regularly scheduled cleaning tasks, the Contractor identifies any areas that require additional attention, the Contractor must clean those areas as part of the service.

It is the intention of the RCMP to issue up to two contracts, each for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional two, 1-year option periods, to one or more Bidders who meet the requirements of the Request for Proposal.

Bidders may submit a bid for one or both locations in response to this Request for Proposal. Bids for each location will be evaluated independently for the purposes of bid assessment.

There is a security requirement associated with the contract(s).

Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:

This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid(s) with the lowest evaluated price for each location will be recommended for award of a contract.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
