Nature of Requirements:
This solicitation amendment 002 is being issued to extend the
solicitation closing date to July 6th, 2012.
This solicitation amendment 001 is being raised to make one
change to the Security Requirement.
PHOTOCOPYING SERVICES
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT.
Requirement:
The Department of Justice and Public Prosecution Service Canada
located in Toronto, Ontario have a requirement for photocopying
services, including digital/analog copy services, tabbing,
bindery services and colour copy service on an "as and when
requested basis". It is intended to award up to two Standing
Offers for a one year period with the option to request an
extension for two additional one year periods. Pick up and
delivery of photocopying must be within a two hour to
twenty-four hour time frame, seven days a week. The estimated
level of effort for one year is $1,000,000.00 plus HST.
Before issuance of a standing offer, the following conditions
must be met:
SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER:
1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid
Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with
approved Document Safeguarding at the level of SECRET, issued by
the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must
EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of
SECRET, granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC.
3. The Contractor/Offeror MUST NOT utilize its Information
Technology systems to electronically process, produce or store
any sensitive CLASSIFIED information until CISD/PWGSC has issued
written approval. After approval has been granted, these tasks
may be performed at the level of SECRET.
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
5. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of
the:
(a) Security Requirements Check List , attached at Annex C;
(b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

procurement.
