Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Physiotherapy Services to offenders at Collins Bay Institution.Objectives: To meet CSC’s mandate to implement primary health care and essential health services at all stages of an offender’s sentence: in particular the provision of physiotherapy in accordance with acceptable professional medical standards and the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario professional practice standards and related guidelines.Deliverables: To provide quality physiotherapy to the offender population in accordance with professionally accepted standards including generating relevant reports and findings in the provision of this care to offenders. The Contractor must also document physiotherapy care provided to offenders in the Electronic Medical Record as required.The Contractor must provide up to a maximum of 312 hours of service per year.Term of Contract: Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2024 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
