Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

The Department of National Defence - CFB Suffield has a requirement for the periodic maintenance and repairs of Bobcat vehicle holdings on an ?as and when requested? bases. Support includes, but is not limited to, the provision of repair parts, vehicle inspections, service and repairs to both mechanical and body, and to include any a warranty support possible.
The period of the Standing Offer is one year with two one-year option periods. Only one Standing Offer will be issued.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.
