Courseware Production Support Services - CFB Gagetown
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a service provider to supply resources capable of developing and supporting courseware projects by providing e-learning production, distribution and related services.
The services will be provided to the Army Learning Support Center, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown, Oromocto New Brunswick, through the use of Task Authorization during the initial period from Mary 1, 2022, or date of award to March 31, 2025 with two one-year option periods.
The bidder must demonstrate that they can provide all services (resources) listed below:
- 1 Senior Project Manager (PM)
- 4 Intermediate Project Managers (PM)
- 2 Senior Instructional Designers (ID)
- 12 Intermediate Instructional Designers (ID)
- 5 Junior Instructional Designers (ID)
- 1 Quality Assurance (QA) consultant
- 1 Bilingual Quality Control (QC) consultant
- 1 Senior E-Learning Product Programmers (ELPP)
- 2 Intermediate E-Learning Product Programmers (ELPP)
- 3 Junior E-Learning Product Programmers (ELPP)
- 3 Intermediate 3D / Gaming Programmer (3D GP)
- 3 Junior 3D / Gaming Programmer (3D GP)
- 1 Intermediate 3D Animator (3D A)
- 3 Courseware Technical Advisor (CTA)
The bidder must also demonstrate that each proposed resourcemeets the mandatory requirements listed in the solicitation document.
