AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting closing time. All responses must be submitted by December 8, 2020 at 2:00pm EST.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) coordinates public opinion research (POR) in the Government of Canada (GC) and is responsible for developing government-wide procurement tools, such as standing offers and supply arrangements, for POR services.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain feedback from Industry on a draft Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) that PSPC has developed. PSPC intends to use this Industry feedback to refine the RFSO, which is expected to be issued on BuyandSell.gc.ca in 2021. The new procurement tools will replace the current POR procurement tools (that is, standing offers), which are set to expire on September 30, 2021.
