The mandate is to support the Communications Directorate in its communication activities by providing French writing and editing services.
This mandate will cover a period of three years from the date of authorization of the standing offer, with the option to extend for two additional one year periods
There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. At the Request for Standing Offers closing date, conditions must be met.
