The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to supply unlocking, boosting and towing services for various military vehicles on an "as and when requested" basis. One Standing Offer (SO) will be issued against this requirement for a duration of 3 years.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
