BUSINESS RECOVERY SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENCE ENTERPRISE
SERVER AT CANADIAN FORCES BASE (CFB), BORDON, ONTARIO, FOR
DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENCE (DND).
This requirement is for the provision of Business Recovery
computer system platforms and services in Canada which includes:
Installation and Integration Services; Site Preparation; Systems
Software Support; Operations Support; Site Management Support;
Acceptance Testing; Configuration Management; Training Services;
Documentation Services; Offsite Tape Storage Services; Business
Recovery Planning Services; Recovery Management Services, as
required.
The Business Recovery support will ensure recovery plans and
facilities are available to DND to address the daily processing
requirements, including temporary facilities and recovery
operations to facilitate a return to normal data processing
operations.
The Contract will cover a 12-month period, with two one-year
option periods.
