The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (the “RFSQ”) is to select and establish a roster of pre-qualified proponents, who have expertise, knowledge in the following areas:
1) Copy Editing Services
2) Fact Checking Services
Proponents are invited to submit a proposal for 1) Copy Editing Services, or 2) Fact Checking Services, or both.

It is CTC’s intent to develop a roster of pre-qualified proponents “Roster” which will be utilized as required to meet CTC’s needs. At the final outcome of the RFSQ process, the proponents selected for the Roster may be required to collaborate with other Canadian provincial and territorial marketing organizations or service providers to ensure that public relations and communications services are consistent with CTC’s mandate, brand and corporate strategy.
