To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
supervision necessary to perform complete Locksmith Services at
various location on behalf of Department of National Defence
(DND), Winnipeg, Manitoba. The period of the Standing Offer is
from date of issuance (approximately) 01 April 2013 to 31 March
2014 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the
Standing Offer Agreement for a period of two (2) additional
consecutive twelve (12) month periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
