Work under this standing offer is to undertake welding work for
new elements, alterations and urgent repair work as requested by
Public Works and Government Services Canada, for Correctional
Services Canada, Drumheller, Alberta on an "as required" basis
for a period of two years from date of Standing Offer issuance.
It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing
offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2)
years, estimated from September 01, 2013 to August 31, 2015.
The total expenditures over the two year term is estimated at
$400,000.00 (Applicable Taxes Included). This procurement
contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO
for details.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, 2006
(2013-03-21) Bidders must submit the following as part of their
bid.
A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder;
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
