Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to provide a Vertical Wind Tunnel (VWT) facility enabling the Canadian Army Advanced Warfare Centre (CAAWC) to conduct personnel free fall (FF) simulation training. As required, DND will also require the Contractor to provide qualified VWT instructors to teach introductory free flying and VWT instruction techniques.
The client is the Canadian Army Advanced Warfare Centre (CAAWC located at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton.
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from 01 April 2020 to 31 December 2023.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
