Description of the Requirement:
The Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (OSME) within the Acquisitions Branch (AB) of Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC), requires Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) initiated through Task Authorizations (TAs), to obtain professional services to evaluate existing services and facilitate the implementation of new and improved capabilities for the Buyandsell.gc.ca. The buyandsell.gc.ca application environment, managed by PSPC, has been designed to better serve the needs of internal and external stakeholders, government suppliers and Canadians.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to one year thereafter.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be forup to 240 days for each resource.
