Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
Department of National Defence at CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New
Brunswick for laboratory testing services.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. The Contractor's laboratory must be accredited to ISO 17025
(General Requirements for
the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories 2005)
by either The Standards
Council of Canada (SCC) or The Canadian Association for
Laboratory Accreditation Inc.
(CALA) to perform Breathable Air Test, Mould Test and
Analysis. Proof of
accreditation with a copy of the laboratory's and any
sub-contracted laboratories' scopes
of accreditation must be provided.
2. Contractor must be registered with WorkSafeNB or other
province equivalent. Proof of
registration must be provided;
3. Meet the QA/QC guidelines and standards outlined in reports
CCME EPC-NCS62E and
CCME EPC-NCS664, December 1993; and
3. Liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars
($2,000,000.00).
The period of the standing offer will be from award to 31 March
2017.
All work is to be performed in accordance with Specification
Number L-G2-9900/1665 forming part of the bid document.
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: under $100,000.
