NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
In order to answer received questions, this amendment is issued
to extend the Solitation Closing date to June 11, 2012 at 2:00pm.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the
services of a contractor to provide the Registry of the Public
Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal with transcription
services (using digital recording) on an "as and when requested"
basis.
The period of the Contract is from contract award to June 30,
2013, with two (2) one (1) year option periods.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared
responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of a contract.
The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the
Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level
of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding and Production
Capabilities at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian
Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED
information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a
valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET,
granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC.
