Requirement:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and
delivery of court document transcription services as required by
Correctional Services Canada, Saskatchewan Penitentiary located
at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The court document
transcription services must be in accordance with the
requirements detailed in Annex A, Statement of Work.
The amount of transcripts required is approximately 30 - 50 per
month and vary in length (number of pages). At minimum, the
transcription will include the Crown Attorney and the Judge's
comments to sentencing. The transcription may also require
expert evidence if given, such as psychiatric, psychological,
and/or medical evidence or a full trial transcript.
The period of the Standing Offer will be for one-year from July
1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, with two (2) additional one (1)-year
option periods.
This requirement is limited to Candian goods and/or services.
Debriefings:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
