Bid solicitation # B7310-190321/A issued under the framework of the E60ZT-16TSSB Supply Arrangement for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS), for the provision of the following professional services: Solution for a greater than $2M for Stream 2 and Stream 3 to support Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s service transformation.
Citizenship and Immigration (CIC) is seeking the services of a global organization (the ?Contractor?) with expertise in developing and implementing transformation strategies around the world to bring knowledge, capabilities, and experience to support CIC’s service transformation.
The Contractor’s expert advice and services will enable the department to manage and execute its service transformation strategy, maximize the potential benefits of the transformational initiatives and provide ongoing guidance towards the evolution of the transformation roadmap, implementation approach and plan.
This requirement will be contracted under the Solution Supply Arrangements.
