REQUIREMENT
The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to award up to three (3) Standing Offers to transport and place two (2) sets of Mobile Examination Clinics (MECs) in different cities across Canada for up to five (5) cycles lasting two (2) years each for an estimated ten (10) year period. There will be a minimum of seventeen (17) hauls per cycle originating from and destined for various cities in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland.
