Mechanical Contractor Services
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence 14 Wing Greenwood, requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision mechanical contractor services. The services include skilled, licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation and material for the provision of mechanical services on an as and when requested basis.
Categories of services include the following;
1. Plumber
2. Oil Burner Mechanic
3. Refrigeration Mechanic
4. Steamfitter
5. Sheet Worker
6. Millwright
7. Electrician (as it relates to the mechanical requirements)
It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of one (1) year with two (2) option periods of 1 year each.
This procurement contains MANDATORY security requirements.
As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list ofall owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
