Psychological Risk Assessment - Grand Valley Institution for Women – Ontario

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Grand Valley Institution for Women – Ontario Region.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada requires the services of a psychologist for Grand Valley Institution for Women in the Ontario Region.

The psychologist must provide psychological assessment services to offenders and collaborate, as
required, with the interdisciplinary health services team that includes, but is not limited to nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, and other allied healthcare professionals.

Objectives: Provide psychological risk assessment services to offenders, as requested by the Project Authority, at Grand Valley Institution for Women in the Ontario Region as a psychologist.

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide up to 30 Psychological Risk Assessments per year.

Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
