Description of Work:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) is seeking a contractor to perform evaluation, review, and advisory services on the Ecosystems and Fisheries Management Systems Integration Initiative (EFM SI) on an as needed basis. The contractor must provide methodologies, processes, strategic advice, and a team of qualified resources that will carry out:
Program review services;
Project review services;
Strategic advisory services, and;
Other work related to EFM SI initiative that may be required on an as needed basis.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
