Request to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for high quality printing services. The Offeror must provide firm all inclusive pricing. The all-inclusive pricing must include all applicable charges to provide a finished product and delivery, FOB Destination to the Department of National Defense, Combat Training Center, Canadian Forces Base Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick during the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2019.
The Offeror must be ready to process a job immediately upon receipt of a call-up. The product must be ready to proof within two (2) working days or less of delivery of files and must be ready to ship within ten (10) working tens or less from final approval of proofs unless otherwise indicated in call-up for standard requirements. Urgent requirements must be completed in 72 hours or less otherwise specified in the call-up.
The Offeror must use Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper and must be equipped to provide ink colours as specified by Identified User (black, yellow, cyan, magentia).
The PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
