The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires journal printing services to publish the Canadian Military Journal in both official languages (English and French) on a quarterly basis. The journal printing services are required on an as-and-when-requested basis up to a maximum of four issues per year.
Delivery, which is FOB destination, prepaid and charged, includes off-loading to the location identified in the call-up. Delivery will be on an ?as-and-when-requested? basis of the period of the Contract.
The Task Authorization Contract will be for a period of 1 year from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018. There will be an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this solicitation.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
