This supplier must offer a printed product (printed 4 colours right onto vinyl) of superior quality.The Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes is responsible for the development of the National Model Construction Codes. NRC publishes and distributes the Codes as well as some provincial codes. The National Model Construction Codes are available in printed and electronic format. The printed format is available in binder format and a supplier is required to provide the service of printing the various cover designs onto binders that it supplies.
