Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of a Civil Engineering Firm experienced in Roads, hydraulic, structural engineering, geotechnical and paving materials design and construction, acting in the capacity of the coordinating engineer of record, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of Architectural and Engineering (A & E) services for the CSC - NHQ Regional Psychiatric Centre - Road Repair, Resurfacing and Paving.
CSC requires the repair, resurfacing, and paving of existing roads within the perimeter of the Regional Psychiatric Centre at Saskatoon to meet current requirements.
The RFP process will be conducted in a single phase selection process. Proponents responding to the RFPare requested to submit a full and complete proposal comprised of the qualifications, experience and organization of their proposed consultant team; their approach to performing the technical work, and their pricing and terms offered. Proponents must submit all technical information together with their price proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
