Construction Inspection Services
Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to,
the following at the Pangnirtung Harbour, Baffin Island,
Nunavut: the provision of resident marine construction
inspection services during the excavation of the harbour outer
basin and construction of the sheet steel pile fixed wharf; as
more fully described in the Statement of Work.
Bidders are hereby informed that this procurement is subject to
the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement, Article 24 - Government
Contracts.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
amendments issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.
