This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services for the C.17 EMSEC Security Specialist resource category under Work stream VI.
Requirement
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department of National Defence (DND)(the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. The Director of Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM) on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for informatics professional services of an Emission Security (EMSEC) Specialist, Level 3, to assist DLCSPM with EMSEC engineering of the Land Command Support System (LCSS). This requirement is to assist DND ensure that LCSS equipment, vehicles and systems are not degraded during their evolution and upgrade. The resource category is as follows:
One (1) C17 EMSEC Security Specialist Level 3
It is intended for result in the award of one (1) contract for a period of 3 year, plus 2-1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
