Description of the procurement: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a three-year Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for the services of an experienced and qualified general contractor with experience completing small jobs in residential and agricultural settings. The services are to be provided on an “as and when requested” basis for general maintenance and service calls at the National Capital Commission’s leased properties. Services may include the installation of doors, gates and finishes; construction or repair of household components, decks, or outbuildings; and/or other small jobs relating to the repair and maintenance of leased properties. The SOA will also include general service calls and emergency response calls on pre-arranged hourly rates for equipment and crews.
The SOA allows the NCC to small jobs and property maintenance in a timely and consistent manner across the residential and agricultural leasing portfolio and provides a stable hourly rate for associated works. Each project performed through the SOA will have a unique scope and deadline, subject to the needs of the NCC and its representatives. Provisions are made within the SOA for emergency and after-hours service calls at a separate rate.
