PWGSC (as the Contracting Authority) will be looking for highly professional firms who share the Canadian government’s management values and ethics. PWGSC places considerable importance on operational excellence, health and safety, quality management, environmental sustainability and best value to the Crown.

The responses from industry will enable Canada to evaluate the strategy to be taken, if any, in regards to issuing a solicitation for the required goods and services.
