Description:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer request is to seek a Dentallaboratory to make and/or repair full upper and/or lower partial dentures, night guards and bruxism plate, in accordance with the relevant legislation and standards governing dental-laboratory services practice in the province of Quebec.

Correctional Service Canada, various institutions, refer to Annex C for the delivery addresses.
Period of standing proposal:
From April 12, 2017 to April 30, 2019 (2 years firm) and with a possibility of an optional 1 year period, from May1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
The supplier-s will be selected following an evaluation based on technical and financial criteria specified in the requirement included in this RFSO.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA), Canada Free Trade Agreements with Peru/Colombia/Panama and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
