Nature of Requirements:
Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Department of National Defence and the
Canadian Forces (DND/CF).

DND/CF has a requirement for resources in the following
Categories of Personnel and levels:

Database Analyst / IM Administrator- Level 2
IM Architect - Level 3

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall
be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces (DND/CF)
requires Contractor services to to develop the Military
Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) project's
preliminary architecture design and to provide other support
services to meet the objectives of the MPMCT project.

It is anticipated that a maximum of two contracts will be
awarded for this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract(s) will be for 2 years with
Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract(s)
for up to 2 additional 6-month periods.
