ZW Project Management Inc.Description of the Requirement:Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a Contractor to conduct scientific research and analysis to identify environmental and human risk factors that determine the likelihood and harms of offences under Environment and Climate Change Canada’s legislation. “Harms” include both the environmental and human health impacts of offences, including those under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In addition, the Enforcement Branch of ECCC requires assistance in the form of peer reviewed research and consultation to inform cost-effectiveness analysis to determine the value for money of enforcement operations in reducing the risk and harms stemming from offences, including those under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.The period of the contract will be from date of award to March 31, 2022.
