Description of Work:
The International Education and Scholarships programs and services of Global Affairs Canada (GAC) has a requirement for communications support. There is a need to evaluate, update, develop and streamline business processes to ensure cohesive and engaging communications of our programs and services. Websites need to be maintained and also updated to the new Government of Canada (GoC) Web Experience Toolkit (WET) templates. The work includes writing, editing, translating, proofreading and implementing all web content and ensuring web optimization; Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 are met in both official languages, English and French. We require the services of a Contractor who can help us communicate programs clearly, efficiently and effectively.
