Description of the Requirement:
Transport Canada is seeking to establish a contract for a Project Lead (TSPS SA Resource Category – Business Analyst) and three additional resources proposed by the bidder (TSPS SA Resource Category – Financial Specialist). The period of any resulting contract with be from Contract Award to May 31, 2023 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three additional one year periods under the same conditions.

Proposed period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract Award to May 31, 2023 with an option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 550 days.
