The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for 2 consultant resources from the Task and Solutions Professional Services Stream 1 Human Resources Services / Organizational Design and Classification Consultant at the Senior level. The Senior Organizational Design and Classification Consultants must evaluate Job descriptions against the applicable classification standard, ensuring compliance with the TBS Classification Policy, and ensuring relativity with other departments, convening classification committees as required, writing or updating job descriptions and preparing classification rationales. They will also be expected to help train others in understanding the application of the classification standards and any other subject areas within the Classification discipline.
