Description of the Requirement:
To obtain the services of three resources specialized in Communications field to provide advisory services to senior management related to communications and engagement issues/activities. The main objectives are to develop communications and engagements tactical plan and communications and engagement tools and products to promote and implement the ESDC Service Strategy and Multi-year Service Transformation Plan.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2018, plus up to two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
